I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Harcourts Despatch No. 78 of the 27th. March regarding the

appointment of Mr. McElderry to the post of Deputy Registrar and

Accountant and Deputy Official Receiver.

This officer, who has recently proceeded to

England upon leave of absence, has been gazetted as an Officer in

Class III of the Service, in accordance with the instructions

36 conveyed in Lir. Harcourt's Despatch No. 46 of the 13th. March, 1914

A report on his work in the Registry of the Supreme Court will be

furnished to you after he has spent one year in that Department.
